This policy covers quicksafa.com and the Quick Safa applications at pak.quicksafa.com and fbr.quicksafa.com.
The short version: we collect what we need to run the software and bill you for it, we do not sell it, and you can take it back or have it deleted whenever you want.
What we collect
Account data. Your name, email address, phone number, company name and NTN. We need these to create your account, raise your invoices to us, and reach you about the service.
Business data you enter. Customers, vendors, items, paper grades, quotations, jobs, invoices, bills, payments, stock movements and ledger entries. This is your business record. We store it so the software can work; we do not mine it.
FBR credentials. If you use digital invoicing, we store the FBR token you provide. It is encrypted at rest and used only to transmit your invoices to FBR on your instruction.
Technical data. IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and to diagnose faults. Server logs are kept for 30 days.
Website analytics. Aggregate, privacy-respecting page-view counts. No cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels, no third-party profiling cookies. See the cookie policy.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for card details on this website. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not buy contact data from brokers. The free calculators run in your browser and send nothing to us unless you explicitly ask to save a result.
Why we hold it
- To provide the software you have subscribed to.
- To transmit invoices to FBR when you instruct us to.
- To bill you and keep our own tax records.
- To provide support, when you contact us or when we investigate a fault.
- To keep the service secure and to detect abuse.
We do not use your business data for marketing, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.
The AI assistant
If you use the AI assistant, the specific question you ask and the specific records needed to answer it are sent to a third-party model provider for processing. That provider does not retain the content or use it for training. The assistant is optional and can be left unused.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with:
- Our hosting and database provider, which stores the data so the software can run.
- The Federal Board of Revenue, when you post an invoice — that is the point of the feature.
- Our AI model provider, only for questions you actively ask the assistant.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to, and only to the extent required.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who on our side can see it
Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it for support and operations, and it is used only to investigate a problem — normally one you have raised with us. This is described in more detail on the security and data page.
How long we keep it
Your business data is kept for as long as your account is open. After an account closes we hold it for 90 days so you can change your mind or ask for an export, then delete it.
Billing records are kept for as long as Pakistani tax law requires us to keep them. Server logs are kept for 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. Most of this you can do yourself from inside the application — export is a built-in feature, not a request you have to file.
For anything you cannot do yourself, email contact@quicksafa.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Where it is stored
Data is stored on managed infrastructure. The current hosting region and backup arrangements are set out on the security and data page, which we keep current as those arrangements change.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in the application before it takes effect.
